Dr Choi and Jenny are the best. Both of them have given me the courage to go back to the dentist. Due to prior dental experiences I didn't go to the dentist for 20 years. Let's say I needed some work done. They made me feel seen and heard. I now am no longer scared to go to the dentist but only to this office.

One of the worse experiences I’ve had. A decade ago I went to Olympic dental in centralia and had a wonderful experience. This 1 star review only refers to this Lacey office. I arrive to my long awaited appointment only to hear that I need to be “put under” for my back molar to be pulled. For reference I had all my top teeth removed a decade ago and did not under go sedation. I tell them this and the dentist argues with me. They also make up some bs that my blood pressure was to high and I have to get a form signed from Dr (I’m new to the area and don’t have a primary here yet and can’t afford to drive 6 hrs to get a form signed especially when I have no history of high blood pressure)…I was however on prescribed high dose ibuprofen which is known to cause rises on blood pressure, I showed proof of this as I was dealing with this abscessed tooth… the dentist dug his ignorant, money hungry feet in and turned me away in pain. Fast forward to today when i had my first appointment at Poulsbo community health..as soon as they saw the tooth and obvious pain I was in they made time in their schedule and even though I had to wait 2 hours I left with that tooth being pulled and no I did not

Just wanted to update my mother is doing fine and still doing some testing. And I wanted to thank Olympic dental for their quick response.I'm sorry I was so harsh , but that is my mother. And she is very happy with staff.She's just wondering why they haven't called her talk to her to see how she's doing.

My hygienist, Staci, was amazing. So personable and fun to talk with. She did an excellent job at my cleaning and had great attention to detail. Everyone in the office is so kind from reception to clinical staff. I’m happy to come back here for my future appointments!

Olympia denture and dental center is the best place in Thurston County to go for your dental needs, they have amazing staff members that work tirelessly to feel every need you need for your dental assistance. Their doctors are standing by to do any work that you may need done. Their work environment is extremely clean and up-to-date, their facility is the state of the art. They have such a warming and welcoming lobby, with all holiday season decor. There bathrooms are extremely clean and tidy. Lisa at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal, she has amazing customer service skills... She deserves a raise forsurw.
